Without the consent of the customer, Success will not provide personal information to any third party, except for cases permitted under the related laws or regulations. However, the use of personal information may be entrusted to third parties to which we entrust business within the scope necessary for the achievement of the purposes of use in the following cases.

• When we disclose or provide personal information to a subcontractor that has entered into an agreement with Success concerning protection of personal information within the scope necessary to provide our services.
• When we exchange personal information with financial institutions for the settlement of payment for products ordered or services provided within the scope necessary to complete the settlement.
• When, in our good faith judgment, it is appropriate that our affiliates or distributors answer your inquiry.

8Requests for Disclosure Etc.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This privacy policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall be the court with exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance for any disputes arising over or in connection with the privacy policy unless otherwise provided.
